An introduction to Lean, Six Sigma, and the DMAIC Cycle.
2. Define & Measure
Define and Measure are the first two stages of the DMAIC Cycle. In this module, you’ll look at important elements and tools such as compiling a Problem Statement and Process Mapping.
When covering this third stage of the DMAIC Cycle, you’ll learn about Root Cause Analysis and PICK decision making charts among other useful tools.
4. Implement & Control
We progress to the final two stages of the DMAIC Cycle, focusing on the fundamentals of 5S and how to identify your next steps.

Our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training is available both as a public course and an in-company programme.
Our public courses (available for anyone to attend) run throughout the year in Dublin.

Is this a certified course?
Although this course is mainly focused on equipping you with a working understanding and practical skills, we do provide a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate. On Day 2, you’ll complete a short, open-book exam to gain certification.
